Benignancy

Love- does seem but like a dream

Not by some cerebral fluid conception

From the depths of our subconscious

But birthed divinely- from our heart

Via an axiom paradigm, flowing invisibly

.

A tether that intertwines us mysteriously

As we thrive effervescently in its realm

Seemingly ethereal in nature, simultaneously

Fearlessly fragile, defying a most selfish world

Within every heartbeat the two share…as one

.

    1. Two names but correct. Chicago land is good to visit ir stop if passing through, but it was much better years back. imo but then I grew up on the outskirts, in a farming community that probably doesn’t have many farms left, if at all. Crystal Lake still serves my fav sandwich of all time.. a Vienna Italian Beef with cheese. Close to a Philly sand…

  1. Now I just need recipe for that Italian beef and we both will be on the same page 😉 nothing like both of those sandwiches both of which I could eat a ton…not good for the waistline but damn good for the stomach and taste buds 😋 💙😘

    1. I hear that. Braver doesn’t always mean smarter. Skydiving was a dream from childhood 😉 scuba seems it would get boring alone. Which is why I decided on hiking even though I swore not to hike like a donkey after leaving service. 😉 times change and so do people. I feel enthusiastic about hiking long trail junts that might inspire great writes. Maybe make a few friends along the trek. Who knows what may come.

    1. You flatter me!! I never wrote in school, never, no reports, stories, nothing. I started writing after the death of someone close to me hit me hard. I believe it was God’s way of seeing through such an emotional time and life. Poetry was always something I kept to myself until that event, and even then, I had to know someone for a while before exposing my raw emotions. I honestly don’t know what kind of writer I am, but I appreciate anyone complimenting me for what I see as more of a ministry, because I give it away online for free. As for my age, I taught the sages of yesteryear at heaven’s conception, lol but seriously, I’m a tad older than you. Maybe one day, I’ll whisper you the number. 😉 Thank you kindly for all of you kind words about me and my writing. You help inspire me to keep writing.

      2. Thank you. Mumms the word from me but umm… the public shares your secret now too. Your pic defies your claim. Get just close enough and you’ll hear it. On another note, I’m slowly learning to be a clumsy fly fisherman too when I camp. 😉 A man has to have some sort of activity when the pandemics lock the cities and bowling alleys up.

    1. Dermatology huh?? Sounds interesting. I worked construction most of my life, mainly outdoors. Gave up smoking some time back. I eat greener veggies more often now and use more flavored water than coffee or I should state cappuccinos. But of course a sparkly Princess has to glamp, I think there is even an unwritten rule about it somewhere in a fairytale book or movie. 😉 I don’t think other hikers would care. My ponytail is thinning. I’ve been considering cutting it off and going back to shorter hair. Ahhh such poetic deliminmas I face these days… 😉

    1. Sounds like you enjoyed it. Yea, your dad is a tad older than me. And I haven’t rushed to deciding on it. Tomorrow I expect to head back out bow hunting for a few days. No cell signals out there so writing will be delayed unless I get lucky and gety an Elk. My first time going after Elk and camping out if a tent. Only ten percent of hunters here get one and it’s been a rusty twenty years since I’ve hunted at all back in Northern WI.

    1. It is amazing to sit and feel the breeze. whisper through the corridors of your mind. Cold fresh mountain streams to sip from. Hot springs to soak in like royalty. T too find you much the same and have enjoyed our conversation very well. Now I have to ready for bowling night. Only our second week.
