Passion fruit

Life has become monotonous

Sometimes the sun doesn’t rise

It oft feels like winter in July

Even the fog creeps a tad slower

And when I go outside walking

Rain always falls from the skies

Oh, how I miss everything you

Our long talks and clasped hands

Smiles that enlivened my heart

And brightened my whole world

Now it’s monochromes of dreary

Our laughters became dull thunder

But I can still taste all the colors

Of your whispers… on my lips

.
