Ascribe Where flight became stalled Because fear stood its ground There- is where I- was reborn Where I relearned my reality As broken fragments of a self Where I’ve seen the unveilings Of time, truth, and Holy love Where angels cried and wept For my salvation and healing And I- wept along with them Where fire seared my mission Forged into my soul as passion A combatant for the wounded Of humanities silenced…truths Poet of the Light © 2023 I write meaningful (to me) poetry from my heart and share it here. Thank you for your kind words. Glad you appreciate them. Having never painted before, I feel a grasping on well enough to remain encouraged. All but one is on canvas paper without a backboard. I plan to move onto larger and canvas alone soon.

Perhaps I have always like b&w photos, I like the b&w one the most. It is very different compare to the other ones. Very skillful for sure! When I look at it, it gives a sense of sadness but also peaceful at the same time! I enjoy it! 🙂
Did you give it a name? Just curious!

Thank you for kind words. No, I haven’t named any of them as yet. This was my only black and white one to date. I have more in mind soon.

Number 4, which is really 4x larger than all the rest. I placed 4 sheets together to make a larger canvas. Thank you for asking.
